Loved the location, not too far from restaurants and beach if you don’t mind a walk. Lovely big reception area which is cold when you walk in, nice pool area with jacuzzi and great for those with mobility issues as they have rails that lead down into pool. The spa is also nice. We had dinner one evening and the food was good.

It’s peaceful and the pool is perfect for sunbathing, it has no high riser’s and the balcony is private and shaded so rooms are cool. Been going to this hotel for years now and would recommend to anybody, it’s a 20minute walk to the beach but the bus stop is right outside €1.60 and takes you to old town , but we love the walk

The property is situated in a great location , near to the Benidorm Palace and a selection of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. It’s a 20 minute walk into the edge of the new town but there is enough entertainment local to the hotel if you don’t want the hustle and bustle every day. The facilities in the rooms are excellent, food is good and the hotel is spotless. Also the grounds of the hotel are lovely, which includes an garden area which is peaceful. The pool area is spotless and the toilets both inside the reception and in the pool area are also very clean. The reception and bar area is a welcoming place to sit and all staff are helpful and friendly. We have been regular visitors to the hotel and will always stay at this property when we come to Benidorm.

This is a really nice hotel. It's a good walk to the beach which suited us fine as we like a daily walk. You then have the advantage of being away from noisy bars. There is great parking at the hotel. It's a great place to stay if your visiting the Benidorm Palace. The room was very nice with a large balcony.

It is our second time at this hotel, everything was fantastic. The team is friendly and helpful, we loved the swimming pools, food is great and the waiters are competent and very nice. The activities for children are great and the animators very sweet and engaging. Without a doubt, we will come back.

The food was delicious. Lots of choice, buffet style, hot and cold dishes at breakfast and evening meal. Big outdoor swimming pool and lovely courtyard in the middle of the hotel with banana trees where you can sit.

Lovely hotel! Very spacious and clean! Good breakfast! Lots of choice. Lovely pool area and good pool bar for snacks and drinks.
